As the founder and CEO of a marketing and communications firm, Dina Coker saw clients from all categories struggle to maintain highly motivated, extremely well-connected salespeople. With the launching of AKCEL Partners, she challenged the preservation of old organizational structures and, instead, offered outsourced sales talent with a wealth of targeted experience, determined by the exact needs of the client.
Dina brings unique experience particularly to international brands whose desire is to break into the American market and build a business with the world’s most powerful consumer.
Dina earned her BA from Colgate University, her MBA from Duke University and her Masters in Sustainability from Harvard University.
Barth Getto
Barth Getto’s roots are deeply planted in the flooring industry where he has served numerous sales and leadership roles at companies such as Shaw Industries, Gulistan, World of Floors FCA Network, and CCA Global Partners.
As a founder at AKCEL Partners, Barth’s talent lies in developing new businesses, finding and recruiting highly talented consultants and driving sales plans to their completion.
A Pennsylvania State University graduate, Barth is an avid outdoorsman, triathlete, woodworker, golfer, and beekeeper. He lives on an old dairy farm 50 miles from Pittsburgh in idyllic Ligonier, Pennsylvania.
Connie Rudwall
Connie Rudwall brings deep expertise in operations and administration across both retail and logistics environments. From start-ups to Fortune 20 companies, she has built and implemented scalable CRM systems tailored to a wide range of business models.
At AKCEL Partners, Connie plays a critical role in aligning sales operations with business objectives. She partners with executive leadership to define sales goals, build effective teams, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution across domestic and international markets.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Connie is a proud Canadian.
